The Municipal Court receives and files all complaints signed by law enforcement officers and private citizens for violations which occur within Township of Robbinsville. Robbinsville Municipal Court became a shared service with the Borough of Hightstown in 2011 when the remnants of Hurricane Irene flooded the Hightstown court facilities. Other court staff include the Court Administrator, Deputy Court Administrator and Violations Clerk. Each municipality appoints its own Municipal Court Judge or Judges.
